The AACVPR Outpatient Data Registries provide benchmarking data for CR/PR programs. A subscription to the registries is the best way to track your program’s excellence and identify areas for improvement where they are needed. Join now or renew your access today!

Step 2: Apply for AACVPR Program Certification

AACVPR Program Certification is evidence that your program has demonstrated continued excellence in quality of care. Programs subscribed to the registries can use their registry data to complete the performance measures calculations within the Program Certification application. The 2022 Program Certification application will open December 2021, , and the Data Collection Period for the 2023 Program Certification Application will run from January 1, 2022 – December 31, 2022.
