Academy Overview
Participants will receive access to an exclusive online community discussion board and participate in five live cohort meetings. The cohort meetings will serve as a place to review module learnings, address attendee questions, assess application of content to your programs and support in the progress toward the final capstone project.

Upon successful completion of the AACVPR Leadership Development Academy, participants will be publicly acknowledged at the 40th Annual Meeting, taking place September 17-20, 2025, in West Palm Beach. Moreover, they will receive a certificate of completion, garner widespread recognition from the association and accumulate a plethora of professional development tools and resources.

Mid-Course Capstone Progress Report - Due May 30, 2025
Submit a 200-word report for review by the Course Directors. When submitting, you will have a chance to express interest in being considered for a presentation during the 40th AACVPR Annual Meeting breakout session. Upon review of reports, Course Directors will invite those interested in presenting during the 40th AACVPR Annual Meeting breakout session to submit a brief proposal for presentation content.
Final Capstone Progress Summary Report - Due August 22, 2025
Submit full capstone report, no more than five pages, for review by the Course Directors.
